Villa Maniola Availability

Change over day is Saturday, although where possible this can be flexible. The weekly rental charge varies from £750 in the low season to £1,200 in the high season for 6 people.

Please note: It is always worth sending us an e.mail to check on availability as bookings may change and we can keep your details on the waiting list. Alternatively, we may be able to help by giving you the contact details of some of the other villa owners in Northern Cyprus.

Booking Terms

For the benefit of our guests we request that there is no smoking in the villa. No pets or animals are allowed.

Booking deposit is 33% of the total charge. Please note your booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday start date, together with a refundable deposit of £200 against any damage or breakages. This is normally returned in the 2 weeks following your holiday.
Cancellation charges will be levied as follows, notice given is:

• Over 8 weeks before holiday start date - deposit
• Between 29-56 days before holiday start date - 60% of total cost
• Under 28 days before holiday start date - 100% of total cost

It is always advisable to take out insurance against holiday cancellation, property, accident or loss.

You may arrive at the villa at any time after 16:00 on the start date of your holiday and you must vacate the villa by 10:00 on the day of departure. This enables cleaning to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests.
