Villa Maniola was completed in May 2004. It has been built to an exceptionally high standard, having marble flooring in all living rooms and bedrooms and ceramic floor tiles in the bathrooms and shower rooms. The bedrooms and lounge have remote control air conditioning units which can be switched to provide heating during the winter months. Villa Maniola is named after the Cyprus Meadow Brown butterfly (Maniola Cypricola)

The kitchen leads into the dining area with a table and chairs capable of seating ten people. Sliding doors lead from the breakfast room onto the sun terrace. There is also a small utility room housing a washing machine and sink.

First Floor

A curved feature staircase leads from the downstairs hallway to the galleried landing. The first floor contains 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite shower rooms and the family bathroom. All three bedrooms overlooking the rear garden and swimming pool have views of the coastline and external doors leading to the central balcony.

It has, or will have when they are fully grown, flowering hedges to rear and side boundaries, bouganvilias along the front wall and around the villa and numerous small fruit trees, including Oranges, Lemons, Olives, Bananas, etc.
